All Sales Policy

We accept returns on eligible unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Due to hygiene and product safety standards, opened, used, promotional, and specified self-care items remain non-returnable.

If your items arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery for a replacement or resolution.

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Self-care, skincare, body care, and hygiene products

Curated gift boxes

Aromatherapy products

Journals, printed materials, and stationery

Items purchased at pop-ups, markets, or in-person events

Sales or promotional items

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for review, customers, must provide:

Order number

Clear photos of the item and packaging

Approved cases will be handled at our discretion and may include a replacement or store credit, if deemed appropriate. Shipping fees are non-refundable

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase with Just Cause Self Care, you agree to this Refund Policy. Unauthorized chargebacks or payments disputes that violate this policy may be contested.
